Delivery Area & Rates
- We deliver to Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, Papamoa, Te Puke, Ōmokoroa and surrounding areas (up to roughly 30km from Tauranga).
- Delivery is a flat $15 rate for all physical products.
Delivery Times
- We offer a limited selection of bouquets which can be delivered same-day during Tuesday-Saturday when the order is placed before 3pm. See here for same-day bouquets.
- Flowers arriving fresh and in great condition is our top priority. By offering pre-order bouquets at least two days ahead we are able to source fresh flowers from our local growers so our customers can enjoy their flowers for longer.
- To ensure our flowers arrive in great condition we deliver all bouquets ourselves.
Order Tracking
- Often flowers are a gift which makes order tracking all the more important. You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order. This will include a link to your order page, or, if you have an account you can access your orders there.
- You will receive an email once your order has been delivered - this email will include a photo of the bouquet that was delivered.
FAQ
What happens if no one is home?
If there is no one home we will leave the flowers in a position that is obvious to the recipient, but out of view from the street.
Can I include a personalised message with my order?
Absolutely! You can add a personalised message during the checkout process. This message will be carefully handwritten and included with your floral arrangement, adding a thoughtful touch to your gift.
